RENTAL NOTES:
- Prices are per week
- Bed linen and bathroom towels provided
- Pool heating and pool towels provided
- We have washing machines, clothes dryers and dishwashers.
- A welcome pack will be provided on your arrival with snacks and drinks.
- £500 refundable security deposit
- Properties can be rented separately outside of July and August (peak summer)
- Change overs are normally on a Saturday but we can be flexible outside of the peak summer period if required.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
We do have a strict cancellation policy, the deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel the holiday after paying the final sum, i.e less than 8 weeks before the start of your holiday this is also non-refundable unless we able re-allocate your week at short notice. We strongly advise travel insurance is taken out at the time of booking. By signing the booking form you are agreeing to these conditions.
